Dear Friends, 

As the leaves begin to change and fall settles in, I’m reminded that this season often brings both reflection and renewal. Here at the John Rex Endowment, we’ve experienced a year of transition and the opportunity for growth and fresh perspectives. 

This year, we said heartfelt goodbyes to two dear colleagues who contributed so much to our mission. We are so grateful for their impact. We also welcomed two dynamic new members to our team, whose fresh perspectives and energy are already making a significant impact. We are preparing to bid farewell to four dedicated board members, whose contributions have been invaluable, while welcoming six new voices. These shifts bring new ideas, energy, and a renewed commitment to our work. 

For our partners and community, these changes represent the next phase of our strategic journey. We are settling into our strategic framework and poised to live into the values and goals that guide us, with an even stronger and unwavering focus on equity and community impact. In the coming months, look out for the launch of our refreshed website, an invitation to our fall open house, and our continued series highlighting our departing board members. In the meantime, please remember we are deeply grateful for your continued partnership as we embark on this next chapter together.
